Project Description : Assessment of enabling conditions in Saint Lucia to propose options for creating a national green-blue financial entity that will act as a vehicle to mobilize, channel, and combine international and domestic climate finance. The entity will serve as a catalytic intermediary to expand access to climate finance through local financial institutions and capital markets.
Methodology: Combined financial market analysis, policy review, institutional mapping, and consultations with key stakeholders. Assessments of the supply and demand for green financial products, integrating case studies and international best practices.
