Climate Programming

To access international resources and move toward resilient economies, countries need strategic frameworks that integrate climate priorities, sectoral planning, and financing tools. The development of NDCs, long-term development strategies, and country programs with climate funds allows for the alignment of public, private, and community actors around shared goals.

Climate programming also responds to the need to articulate viable project portfolios, quantify investment needs, and develop effective channels for resource mobilization. It involves intersectoral processes, technical assessments, participatory consultation, and regulatory alignment.

ROA Partners facilitates multi-sector strategic planning processes, including the design of Country Programs, support for the formulation and updating of NDCs, and prioritization of climate projects. We support participatory processes, strengthen institutional capacities, and design operational frameworks for governments to articulate policies, sectors, and key stakeholders around common climate objectives.
