Climate Capacity Building

The development of human and institutional capacities is one of the invisible pillars of climate finance. Without adequate training, public policies and projects cannot be effectively implemented nor meet the standards required by international funders. Moreover, climate action demands up-to-date knowledge, technical transfer, and practical tools tailored to local contexts.

Training not only builds skills but also fosters organizational learning, participatory governance, and continuous improvement.

At ROA, we design and deliver training programs tailored to different audiences. We facilitate capacity-building processes in MEL, fiduciary management, governance, ESS, and climate finance. We also develop practical tools, institutional frameworks, and support the implementation of technical and organizational solutions.

Services Offered

  • Design and implementation of training programs on key climate-action topics

  • Technical training in climate finance, MEL, SSE, gender and governance.

  • Development of practical tools for internal and operational processes.

  • Strengthening institutional frameworks for climate policy management.

  • Supporting technical teams in the implementation of organizational solutions.
